The Academy is a fully equipped boxing and martial arts gym that is used to deliver our streetwise, standard and female self defense courses which are all nationally accredited by the Self Defense Federation.
The Academy runs classes in Boxing, Muay Thai, Jujitsu, Boxercise and Women’s Classes.
